Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the AI Video Marketing creative workspace and any paid subscription when checkout is opened.

Effective date: 24 October 2026

1. Who we are and accepting these Terms

AI Video Marketing is operated by RADUDOTCOM LIMITED (company number 16125458), a private limited company with registered office at 59 Union Street, Dunstable, England, LU6 1EX. Companies House records the company status as Active.

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, Cookie Notice and Acceptable Use & AI Policy. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind that organisation.

The Service is intended for people aged 18 or over. Do not use it if you cannot form a binding contract under applicable law.

2. Account security and availability

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless it results from our breach of security obligations.

We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue features to protect the Service, comply with law, manage supplier availability, investigate misuse or prevent material security or cost risk. We do not promise that every model, output, integration or feature will always be available.

3. Plans, trial, credits and renewal

The current paid plans are Starter ($19/month; $159 billed annually), Plus ($39/month; $327 billed annually), Pro ($79/month; $663 billed annually) and Max ($149/month; $1,251 billed annually). Their monthly credit allowances are respectively 275, 800, 1,800 and 3,800. Annual prices are annual totals, not monthly prices.

A card-required trial, where offered, lasts seven days and includes 50 credits. It is limited to one per account and does not create a recurring free-credit entitlement. At the end of a trial, the selected subscription renews unless cancelled before its end through the billing portal or the contact method published at checkout.

Subscription credits are allocated for their applicable monthly window, including under annual billing. Unused plan credits do not roll over, are not cash, have no cash value and expire at the end of that window. Generation cost is quoted from the selected model and validated input before submission; credits are reserved before a job and released if no usable provider result is returned.

4. Cancellation, failed payments and access

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, so access remains available until then unless we must suspend it for a serious breach, fraud, legal requirement or security reason.

If Stripe reports an invoice payment failure, the subscription moves to past due and Stripe may retry payment. For seven days from the recorded failure, existing unexpired paid-period credits may remain usable; we do not add recurring free credits during that period. After the grace period, generation is suspended and the account is read-only: projects and assets remain accessible, subject to these Terms and the retention policy. When payment succeeds, eligible access is restored under the billing lifecycle.

Payment, tax and VAT treatment are shown at checkout when it is enabled. VAT registration/status is to be completed by the owner before paid checkout opens; it is not represented here as verified.

5. Your content and AI output

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload or lawfully provide as input (Input). You give us and our processors the limited rights needed to host, process and transmit Input solely to operate, secure and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Notice.

As between you and us, and subject to third-party rights, provider terms and applicable law, we assign to you any rights we may have in the output generated for your account after the relevant charges are paid. Where an assignment cannot legally operate, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that output. You remain responsible for confirming whether an output is protectable, accurate, lawful, non-infringing and suitable for your intended use.

AI output can be inaccurate, similar to content made for other users, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Do not rely on it as legal, medical, financial, employment, safety or other professional advice without qualified human review.

6. Prohibited use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use & AI Policy. In particular, you must not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, exploitative, harmful or privacy-invasive material; impersonate a real person without consent; create sexualised material involving minors; or bypass credits, technical controls, rate limits or access restrictions.

7. Suspension, termination and changes

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, investigate misuse, protect people, respond to a lawful request, prevent unpaid use after the grace period, or protect the security and cost integrity of the platform. Where proportionate, we will explain the reason and available next steps.

We may change these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice through the Service or the account email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms, except where law requires another method.

8. Liability, governing law and contact

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, the Service is supplied on an as-available basis and our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of data not caused by our breach, or decisions made from AI output, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Support/legal contact address: to be completed by the owner before paid checkout opens. Until then, the registered-office details above identify the operator but are not a replacement for a monitored consumer support channel.
