1. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your Input, instructions, selected voice, references, output use, audience disclosures and permissions. You must have every right, licence, notice, consent and lawful basis needed to upload, process, depict, imitate, publish or distribute content through the Service.
2. Never use the Service for
- Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, malware, evasion of sanctions, threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, doxxing or unlawful surveillance.
- Sexual or exploitative material involving anyone under 18, material that sexualises a minor, or any attempt to generate, edit or distribute such material.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, coercive content, or content that exposes private, confidential, biometric or identifying information without a lawful basis.
- Infringement of copyright, trade marks, publicity, privacy, data-protection or other rights, including uploading media, scripts, voices or brand assets you are not entitled to use.
- Bypassing credit, authentication, rate-limit, permission, watermark, supplier or other technical safeguards; scraping or reverse engineering the Service except where law cannot exclude it.
3. Real people, deepfakes and voice
You may depict, imitate, clone, lip-sync or otherwise simulate a real person only when you have their documented, informed permission and a lawful basis for every intended use. You must not make a person appear to say, do, endorse or participate in something they did not authorise.
Use an appropriate disclosure when synthetic or materially altered media could mislead a reasonable viewer about a real person, event, product, testimonial or endorsement. Do not use a voice that belongs to another person without their express permission, and do not use AI voice to impersonate, deceive or evade authentication.
Content involving minors requires heightened protection. Do not upload or generate a minor's likeness, voice or identifying content unless you are a parent/guardian or have an independently verifiable legal authority, the purpose is lawful and non-exploitative, and all applicable child-protection rules are met. We may refuse or remove it at our discretion.
4. Commercial claims and high-risk uses
Do not publish AI output as a factual claim, professional recommendation, testimonial or endorsement without meaningful human review and a lawful, substantiated basis. Do not use the Service as the sole basis for decisions in health, legal, financial, insurance, employment, housing, education, law-enforcement or other high-impact settings.
5. Enforcement and reporting
We may review, block, remove, preserve, report or restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect people, meet a legal duty, investigate abuse or protect the platform. We may refer credible unlawful activity to competent authorities where legally required or appropriate.
Report suspected misuse through the support/safety contact once the owner completes and publishes it. Do not use reports to submit more personal data than necessary or to make knowingly false accusations.
