Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains cancellation, unused credits, failed payments and the UK rules relevant to immediate digital supply.

Effective date: 24 October 2026

1. Cancel any time; access through the paid period

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal once available, or through the support method published at checkout. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid subscription period. You keep access and any eligible unexpired credits until that point, unless access must be suspended for a serious breach, fraud, legal duty or security reason.

Cancelling a subscription prevents its next renewal. It does not by itself refund a completed paid period or convert credits into money.

2. Trial and renewal

Where offered, the trial is seven days with 50 credits and requires a card. It is limited to one trial per account. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan begins billing at the displayed interval. A checkout confirmation and Stripe invoice provide the transaction record.

3. Credits and ordinary refunds

Plan credits are allocated monthly, including for annual subscriptions. They expire at the end of their monthly window, do not roll over and are not redeemable for cash. A failed provider job is not charged where the platform can confirm no usable output; held credits are released under the credit lifecycle.

We do not offer an automatic refund for unused plan credits, a change of mind after use of the Service, or output that is not suitable for your particular commercial purpose. This does not remove any mandatory refund or consumer rights that apply to you. If we make a billing error, contact us with the invoice reference after a monitored support address is published.

4. Failed payments

On invoice.payment_failed, the subscription is marked past due and Stripe may make further collection attempts. For seven days from the recorded failure, existing unexpired paid-period credits may remain usable, but no recurring free credits are added. After seven days, generation is suspended and the account becomes read-only; your projects and assets remain accessible subject to the retention policy. A successful payment restores eligible access through the normal billing lifecycle.

5. UK cancellation rights for digital supply

UK consumers may have cancellation rights for distance contracts. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 37 requires the trader not to begin supply in the cancellation period unless the consumer gives express consent and acknowledges that the cancellation right will be lost. If supply starts after that consent and acknowledgement, the consumer loses that cancellation right for that digital-content contract.

Before immediate access, trial credits or generation are supplied at checkout, the checkout must obtain a separate, unticked affirmative request for immediate digital supply and an acknowledgement of the consequence. The owner must configure and retain evidence of that consent in the live Stripe checkout. If that evidence is absent, we will not rely on this policy to deny any statutory right.

6. How to ask for help

Support and refund contact address: to be completed by the owner before paid checkout opens. Include your account email, invoice reference, date, amount and a concise description; do not send full payment-card details. Refund decisions may require identity and transaction verification.
